Install PyMVPA Ubuntu

1. Install the following python packages

sudo pip install numpy nibabel scipy scikit-learn matplotlib --upgrade

#the pymvpa package
sudo apt-get install python-mvpa2

#the tutorial dataset
sudo apt-get install python-mvpa2-tutorialdata
